buy a small house in a fucking turistic place (like venice), it cost about 4000 euro per square meter...
than rent it to turists, they pays till 1500 euros week..
in few years you have pay it full (off course you have to pay for an agency that takes care of it..) and you are making money on it...
in 20 years you can retire there...
