It's kinda nice - but it feels to me like you've designed it for other designers, not potential clients. There's little by way of Whizz-Bang! except potentially confusing interaction, and the actual content I'm after - work, etc - is apparently given second sitting after the site concept on the home page.
You also need to ensure there's enough user feedback. There are a number of points, after clicking Work say, where things appear to hang, with no visual cue that "something's happening".
I dunno, these are just thoughts - it's a pretty decent site when all's told.
