when i saw Dep whip the hat away, all i could think of was 'Hatter Madigan' from The Looking Glass Wars (a retelling of the whole story, in the same vein as 'Wicked' (although not quite as good)....
would rather much see the looking glass wars brought to life..pretty enjoyable books- Never heard of those, but sounds neat. Will check that out.harlequino
