    I started running on beach a couple mornings a week a few years back and now that I've found it cures the insanity and depression of sitting indoors all day in front of a computer screen i need to do it EVERYDAY, apart from the huge amount of energy it gives me, I also find getting the blood flowing in the morn helps with concentration and ideas and the sunshine gives me a healthy glow. I LOVE IT and it only gets easier the more you do it.
