I started running last year and really enjoyed it for some months, kept motivated with the nike+ and the qbn challenge...
get used to run between 8>10km per run.... until my knew started to hurt so much I couldn't even walk from the metro to my office without feeling pain...So enjoy your runs, but don't try to get far to quickly.
