If that's posible, I would add some feature on the customer side to make it close to a nike+ thing, so people can compete with each other etc...
You would just have to add thins like historic of alcohol orders, average order per night etc...
That way it adds some user interest (You know how dumb we are when drunk > who never used with his friends just to see who was the most drunk?...)
I remember having seen the interview of 2 guys who made such things in their bar ( an order system on each table), and this made people oredring so much more alcohol than it turned their affaire into a really succesful business (check on google, those bars are in europe)
