The only problem I see is that when a bar is so crowded that it becomes difficult to order a drink, it's because the bartenders can't keep up with the order demands. This application simply adds to the demand and the time the bartender can devote to the crowds literally leaning on the bar. Their efficiency would fall dramatically and it would make the whole experience frustrating for both the phone user and the crowds of people hoping to get their elbow on the bar.
