be sure to get all your shit taken care of before you tell your managers. backup everything you want to take home, get all your personal stuff off your work machine, bring back anythng you may have borrowed from work (software, books, etc), and get rid of any less-than-legitimate software you've installed on your work machine. You never know if they'll tell you to leave the office right away, and then you won't have a chance to do any of that shit.
And of course the cliche'd but TRUE advice, "don't burn your bridges".
