I would do both, digital presentation and print or at least have the digital ready. I am old school, but I (excuse my French) fucking love print. You can touch, you can see, you can pass it around, etc. I think it also displays a higher level of commitment. I generally highlight the index page and print it on one single sheet. I think if you do all pages it's overkill and feels like padding. Good luck.
