i picked mine up today.
takes about half a day to acclimate to it.
at first it's no fun because it's awkward to use.
i don't have any hand cramps or nothing. the click is very solid, almost too solid. they could have given it a tiny bit less resistance.
the scroll surface is the best feature by far. definitely better than the mighty mouse ball.
