I really don't get this with windows (mac fan boy here!) - all computers should come with os installation/boot disks.
- thats the benefit to making the soft and the harware. Dont think lots of windows based pc manufacturers have that luxurybaseline_shift
- Every PC I've ever bought has come with a copy of the OS on disc.detritus
