  It's an invaluable tool for us recruiters. I work in-house, so not the agency type, and find I need to use agencies less and less because of it. Agencies can no longer use the "We have a fabulously large database full of spot on candidates" when i can just log on to LinkedIn and find who I want.

  I've also used it to find work for myself and the groups are a good way of finding answers to little problems that come up throughout the day.
