  they use your email for tracking keywords and selling that info to marketers. Same thing google phone is set up for.

  The reason it is not valuable for hosting because your website content won't change as much as the amount of info you will send through email. ie, Concert plans, bars, weddings, ect. All of those keywords are picked up when you use gmail.
