    NDA states: Effective Date and Length of Obligation "This agreement is effective as of the last date of execution by both parties and may be terminated by either party at any time upon written notice. Parties obligation of confidentiality and non-use of Confidential Information hereunder shall last for five (5) years from the date of such written notice."

    When the new owner purchased the site he asked the old owner about who was doing the design and the original owner stated "due to my designer(s) signing a NDA I'm not at liberty to divulge that information."

    The NDA loosely implies that any and all information related to the website, whether labeled as confidential or not, is protected under this agreement.

    So I don't know
