we were talking to our kids about it at 3-4 years old. they now have very healthy attitudes about sex and their bodies.
don't be weird about it AT ALL, they'll pickup on the slightest awkwardness and the all of a sudden sex is totally taboo.
pretend your talking about toys or computers or something.
