in no way scandal but anyway. today we called a plumber to fix a blocked shower plug. He came, he plunged, it was fixed.
How embarrassing is that? I mean I wanted it to involve acid and sophisticated diamond edge pipe cleaning devices, numerous cups of tea, sweat, elbow grease and to find a new form of killer fast growing algae but oh no a fookin plunger was all it took. I'm buying a plunger this weekend.
