    You mean you want to pay cash, off the record, to a fugitive, who will feed it back to Taliban HQ, who will in turn use it to buy centrifuges capable of working up plutonium to a suitable grade required for a dirty bomb, and small enough to fit in a xerox spart parts carton? THAT IS ORDERED FOR YOUR MACHINE? BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T WANT TO PAY THE COST OF A QUALIFIED ENGINEER?
