    Okay as far as cleaning font caches.. had no clue what to do. Downloaded tweak freak. Not really sure what that did.
    Then decided to download AppDelete and get rid of Linotype FontExplorer once and for all. Did have to go into my server and make sure that the FontExplorer folder had completely erased. (Of course backed up my fonts first).

    FINALLY...downloaded Extensis Suitcase Fusion 2. Let's hope this works. Will be a pain when reopen files and have to find all the fonts and activate again...but at least can use fonts again that are NOT system fonts.

    • Open FontExplorer. Tools (menu) > Clean system font caches > Clean application font caches...it's that easy.monospaced
