...and you can legally grow and consume peyote if you are of a particular ethnicity - thats the real bullshit. What does it matter where mine or my father's fathers were 'from' whatever the fuck that means anymore. Theres a smoothish hard bit on the outside of this spinning sphere we all live on, thats where we're 'from'. More recently, I'm 'from' just over there, just the same as you, or him - but I'll get 5 years for doing something and you won't, in the same country, we're the same age, the only thing different being our 'ethnicity' or some other such antiquated 19th bunkum. You just as well read the bumps on people's heads and knock points off their driving licenses.
