fuck, i'll work till 11 pm, i dont care but i should be compensated for it.....
if a lawyer works late, he charges for it....
if a auto worker works late they get paid for it...
if a salesman works late...well they get paid on commission, so theydont get paid for it...
so then are we working on commission?

NO, we're working on salary and thus we're entitled to be paid....
