If your mum believes those emails like "microsoft will pay you for surfing..."
then make up a fake email saying that she has been reported to the Worldwide Internet Police and that they will be keeping tabs on every email she sends and the websites that she surfs.
blablabla.... wasting limited internet space with rubbish emails blablabla
