  Its not cannibalism, its the stripping and cleaning of a human corpse. The bones are being dislocated intact, pulled out of their sockets not hacked with knives, and all soft matter is being removed.

  Granted they all look pretty delirious with joy as they work, but there's nothing here to suggest this is some ungodly act of perversion. Its equally likely to be an anatomical research mission for medical purposes, though quite why they are doing it outside in a ditch I couldn't say for sure.
