I'm 30, and the rest is exactly like randommail—sole proprietor here with direct client relationships, although I'm only a one-man shop with occasional admin help from my wife.
My business card says Owner & Design Director, but I'm also the CD, AD, SD, JD, and CB (coffee bitch).
