@airey - os is fine, not a glitch, only the adobe stuff has quit. I've installed and reinstalled. maybe I didn't get rid of the proper files, I guess I need a list of em! I'll look on the apple site first...then reinstall again.
@acescence - prefs and fonts, will try that too!I'll be back...
