i was thinking also pasadena is good. art center is there and during the school year you can always find a little art opening somewhere in the city.. you can have dinner in old own.. then you can walk around san marino or pasadena and crit people's lawn knomes(sp) with wine in water bottles.... its ghetto but fun.
theres this badass indian place across the street from the williams sanoma in old own thats really awesome. also the place next door is good and its like semi healty kinda type food. yum. i dont remember the names of either of those places though.
after that you can go home and spin some records and show off your DJ skillz. she'll be so impressed her clothes will fly right off.
