hmm... quick question, is this bike for looks and style or practicality? If you are going for practicality, just buy a used road bike (all that matters is that the frame fits you) and strip it down... buy a new back wheel, maybe handle bars and/or clips...
you just have to keep in mind you're not just buying a bike but also expensive locks.
- why would you tell someone to buy new wheels and handle bars and talk about practicality? wouldnt you spend money on gears/ brakes first********
