if you can affort to be dropping 200-300 a month when the Jetta starts sucking out (which wont be too far away) then go with it, it corners better and is prolly "cooler"
if you want a reliable car that will last 200,000 miles with little more than changing oil, filters, and break pads.. then get a honda..
