again i want to stress that Henry Kissinger recieved a Nobel Peace Prize.. So lets see what it takes to get that award:

His entire wiki page is nothing but WAR:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hen…

Kissinger was the "most frequent visitor" to the George W. Bush White House as an unofficial political adviser on Israel and the Middle East—including the invasion and occupation of Iraq.

Kissinger is criticized and even accused of war crimes for the policies he promoted during the Vietnam war and for his role in the establishment of dictatorial regimes in Latin America (see chapters on Vietnam, Chile, Argentine and Accusations of War Crimes).

    Some of his Peace Quotes:

"The security of Israel is a moral imperative for all free peoples. "

"The Vietnam War required us to emphasize the national interest rather than abstract principles. What President Nixon and I tried to do was unnatural. And that is why we didn't make it. "

"You can't make war in the Middle East without Egypt and you can't make peace without Syria. "

"The US must carry out some act somewhere in the world which shows its determination to continue to be a world power."

“He wants a massive bombing campaign in Cambodia. He doesn’t want to hear anything. It’s an order, it’s to be done. Anything that flies, on anything that moves. You got that? “
