I'm actually in a similar place. I left a great little agency to work at a very large agency (something like 2 order of magnitudes more employees) and same as you I miss the people, the autonomy and some of the work. I expected as much so I view this as a learning experience. I also feel a bit out of place, but that'll happen - big fish, small pond and all that.
Stick it out. I am! :)
