Eye (see what i did there) thought of an idea like that years ago when cctv was on the increase and digital tv/freeview was starting.
The idea of having extra tv channels available for you to watch that were cctv cameras within your own town/city/neighbourhood.Its rediculous that there are so many cctv cameras around yet they are not manned or working at all and when street crime happens near one they are always pointing in the wrong direction or werent in use.
