Concept : For the Skull- was painted in photoshop as well as the electricity.
The eye was a stock photo, meant to give a mixed media-hyper real feel.
Let the imagination play as to whether the lighting is building the skull or dissolving it.
Photo Filters were used to give a bit of nebula brightness and grain filter to ad the far stars
