man...i've been in hawaii for 6 months now. moved from a good design job in texas to take a director position. honestly, i hate it. people here don't understand what design is. design to them is what an aloho shirt looks like...and that's what they want on everything. on the flip side...it is beautiful here. i get off at 4:30 and still have time to go to the beach. but as far as the job. it sucks.
