Eh, in all seriousness you would only be able to create something that bad by paying someone to do it. I bet that someone would probably never admit it.
GAH sorry agian... I don't have a fucking clue to be honest, but really, it looks custom. Maybe the layout/grid was pilfered from something else but shit... that site fucking sucks.
