not narcolepsy but I have sleep paralysis, which is a fucking pain in the ass. Happened again last night right before I was asleep. Completely paralyzed and completely awake.

- This is actually natural, although I've experienced it, and it SUCKS! Your brain sends a chemical to purposefully paralyze your muscles so you don't hurt yourself by acting out your dreams... or so I've been told.jasonwarth
