I used to have neighbours downstairs that were really vocal. He used to yell out at the top of his voice "bring it home bitch". Me and my girlfriend used to yell stuff back, ut seriously nothing put them off. Until we started yelling "bring it home bitch" before he could. Guess it killed his mojo.
Also heard them spanking each other one day.... it was quite loud.
