What I wanted to do (but the wife kiboshed it) was make a cardboard meat grinder, and then dress the kid up as a piece of beef. Attach the meat grinder to the bjorn or whatever harness you might have, and then put her in it. Attach some red foam streamers to the bottom of the grinder to look like ground meat.
