Sporty yes it does...actually everything looks pretty much themed. There are slight visual glitches here and there...but nothing to make you hate it. Well I helped Jox today to completely customize his XP and it took us around 2-3 hours. Keep in mind that I already had like all the icons, themes and everything, however he still needed to download certain things.
