    thanks... oddly enough was just watching a tutorial showing this very method, and using the "status" function. I'll do a bit more research.

    The footage is shot, and all green, without any possibility for a reshoot. The subject was wearing a red shirt and beige pants... we had some blankets around his feet (just out of frame) to help keep the green from reflecting onto him. I guess its time to open up AE and just start playing around.
