  Thanks for your note. I appreciate you taking time to reach
  out and contact me.
  My pricing procedure is that I usually talk with the client and find
  out their needs, and then give them a package price for the
  completed project.
  Is there a time I could phone you and we could talk about what
  you need? What would be a good number to reach you at? If it doesn't seem like I'd be good for your project, I could always refer you to someone in the web community.
