ya, definitely... it's REALLY simple in dvd studio pro for the mac, and i know there's some other simple freeware / shareware apps out there that would do this too...
basically, you'll set your dvd's "first action" to be the video track, and then set the action that happens at the end of the track to just go back to the beginning (if you want it to loop)... takes about 3 seconds to do in dvd studio pro...
