Well, trying to be civil upon what is apparently a grey area, I guess you should just use common-sense and decide if your fla files have proprietary solutions that you would like to keep for yourself. From my part, I think it's wrong to give your work methods away - but then I was brought up to believe that you never draw over another person's drawing.
