fuck me, guys - you think that maybe growing up looking like she did, being judged and pointed at and gossiped and snarked about every single day, and finding the strength to say 'fuck you', and become successful in a very public discipline, and never once 'speak out against her critics', or cry, or seem to be bothered by it whatsoever, and whatever label we all seem so frantic to put on her, she seems to just be entirely unphased by it, and goes on to win, which I really admire.
People are fucking stupid and small minded and gutless on the whole. A small minority overcome apparant or perceived adversity and make the rest of us look like the gutter-schmucks we are. Go girl.- << Yup, so true. Such a grade 8 attitude from most folks on this one.jacklalane
