Listen, I have some very grave news for you. The family giraffe is very very ill with strep. I'm not going to beat about the bush here... He could die. Its very serious. I've never seen a case of strep like this before.
I can fix this... save the giraffe, but I have to be honest, it will cost a lot of money. I can do it cheaper if, for example, you could let me suck your knockers, and I could even consider treating him for free if I can kiss your box as well.
I'd also like to suggest you bring your husband along next time so I can film the two of you rutting on my operating table. I can't say fairer than that to be honest, and I do have the giraffe's best interests in mind here. We can make him better. I want you to trust me on that.
