    I was away last weekend in Cape May. Our B&B had these "vintage" fixie bicycles you could just take to ride around the island. I can't even begin to tell you how much I hated the fucking things. You'd pedal flat out for two minutes, get a bit of speed and then stop pedaling and you'd grind to a crawl. Braking was the suck. And when you braked, you're feet ended up in the wrong position to apply pressure to the pedals to start up again. It was just madness. I do not understand the trend for these outdated pieces of shit technology.
