  I remember Hackney council being run by complete idiots - the amount of times they billed me wrongly for council tax was unbelievable. It's also impossible to speak sense to any of the drones who man the phones. I can totally imagine this kind of thing happening because no one takes full responsibility for any one issue. The buck's constantly passed to the next moron.

  It's a shame - I remember that mural pretty clearly .. the black paint looks awful.
