Thanks for all the suggestions and comments everyone. I have been looking around trying to figure out what's wrong with the navigation menu, but I still can't find anything on it. From my research I believe that the problem is mostly with the older versions of Internet explorer, but on some computers with IE 8.0, they are seeing the problem too.
I appreciate everyone's help.
- For the people with the ie8 problem, have you tried running the browser in compatibility mode?visual_infection
