Just add an additional layer, fill it 50% grey, then add quite a bit of noise, gaussian, monochromatic. Then just mess about with the layer style ie multiply or hard light, or overlay etc, and adjust the transparency and levels until you find you can't make your mind up and have to come back here for some feedback on the 20 options you've created.
