I used to use Textpattern a lot. Now most of my builds are with WP. Why? The admin side is far superior to TXP, meaning less time is spent explaining to clients how to do things. Also, WP has a superior plugin library. Textpattern's plugin library isn't bad by any means, but there are some critical plugins that have been left to rot because the developers have moved on.
