its all about money homies - i seriously doubt disney has any big interest in 'controlling' marvel's creative output, they just want their dicks in the money pie that is the spider man/xmen/etc movies. If you think disney would buy them just to throw mickey mouse into an xmen comic you're retarded.
Mirimax was owned by disney when they produced Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction - did goofy make any cameos in those films? Were they softened up for the kids? Fuck.
