What up Yall? this is ya boy Luke...grafitti artist/ slash professional fuzz ball player....haha. So true. Anyways, I got this wicked four bedroom loft apartment with my homie's in a really cool building. We're all creative types. There's actors on the first floor, film directors, and so on-- so we're looking for the right roommate to add to the vibe ya dig?? Were just now getting our apartment so its BraND SpANkIN NEW...I mean BranD SpanKIn NEW and we got the hook up! There's no small bedrooms in the place, all new granite and stainless steel kitchen appliances, a spiral staircase in the apartment that leads to the loft with the sliding glass door and private deck with a awesome view of Manhatthan!! Sounds too good to be true right???--wait. there's more... Definitely a washer and dryer IN THE APARTMENT...and a dishwasher and video surviellance! Dont hurt 'em Luke, dont hurt em!... So anyways hit me up asap to come to see it, we're looking for someone that has their first and security NOW and is ready to move ASAP!
